 + -1 moreLast winter I had several problems with the billing for my account so this year I asked them to set me up with automatic monthly delivery, and gave them a credit card to charge for the gas. I signed a budget billing plan contract asking them to charge my credit card $455 per month from December through March. For whatever reason they have been charging my credit card only $250 a month for the past three months, and I just found up today, by waking up to a 56 degree house that my gas tank is bone dry. The emergency delivery service man (who was quite nice and is on his way from Yanceyville which is about an hour from me) tells me that although I am set up for automatic delivery I haven't received any gas since December 17th. I will be much happier when my heat is on again, which hopefully won't be too much longer, but this should not have happened in the first place.
Description of Work: I purchase propane from Foust Fuels for the house I rent. I did not choose Foust Fuels but was told they are the service provider for this property. I only use gas for heat in the winter.

 + -1 moreThey have always been great! It's a small group of people and everyone who works there is very nice and trustworthy. They even give my dogs treats when they come.
Description of Work: They installed a propane tank underground for me in 2006. They also do automatic propane delivery for us.
