went good, Mike is a super guy

my heat failed to work. called place that I had contract with. they sent out service man to check problem, told me unit was done
with needed to be replaced, gave me an estimate for new unit. I called Flynn and Son to get a second opinion as they had serviced
my unit in the past when I had a problem and I was very satisfied with them. Mike from Flynn and Son came out the very day I called.
He agreed that the unit needed to be replaced. He sat and told me what the problem was and gave me a written estimate on two
units with detailed information as to what I would get with each , explained the differences between each so I could make an informed decision. His price was $1000.00 lower than the first estimate (not written) I got. I made my decision which one I wanted.
Gave me a date they could install and they came when they said they would and installed my new unit. Could not be more satisfied
with the service I got.
I am a disabled person, a widow, I use a motorized chair. Mike was VERY attentive to my needs and even replaced (at no charge)
a large screen display thermostat, so it would be easier for me to read. I do highly recommend this company to everyone.
They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and they are very professional and extremely knowledgeable and take the time needed so the customer understands what they are getting, not with one foot out the door as so many do.

After returning from a Business trip, I noticed that the A/C (17 year old Heat Pump) was blowing warm air. Since it was after 11:00pm I did not call as it was not an immediate emergency. The next morning, I called Flynn and Son to see if they could help me and look at the unit, knowing that they would be busy since the forecast was for temp's in the 100's that day. They answered the phone real-time and had 2 technicians at my house that day. They serviced the unit and added the required refrigerant and were as pleasant as could be. I will be a customer of Flynn and Son's for as long as I live in the area!

They were very service oriented and when you call there's always someone there to speak to you.

The AC thermostat upstairs was not working reliably, sometimes it would turn on when it went above the set temperature, sometimes it would heat up to 85 degrees and still nothing! I called Flynn and Sons in the early evening and they had a gentleman come out by the next morning. He was very nice, took his shoes off, inspected the unit and decided a new thermostat was required which he could get to me by that PM. He returned as promised with the new unit, installed it, the thermostat worked well but the air wasn't coming out as cool as expected so he went on to check the AC unit outside. He topped it off with some freon and ahhhh, cold air again. He solved all our concerns within a 24 hour period and was professional and friendly in the process. We were charged for the service call, ($85?) and then new thermostat ($150?). I would definitely use them again if we have a problem. AC's been working great ever since!

I have used their services many times. They are real responsive and will not charge me for the times the come out if they could not fix the problem. They will take the time to research it.

From start to finish they were very responsive and honest. Their prices for the quality of work and equipment is outstanding.

They showed up on time and didn't leave any mess. They checked my furnace, and now it's working just fine. I do think that the charge was a little high.
