Jim is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond when I asked him to upgrade the storage on my iMac, which was no easy task. He enabled my iMac to be the machine I needed it to be for my music production and composition. If not for Jim, I would be stuck with an iMac that simply ran out of space for any future ability to be useful for composition. I HIGHLY recommend Jim- Iâ m so glad I now know how talented and knowledgeable Jim is.

My computer power coil broke off in my laptop. I brought my laptop to computer handy for repair. I did not expect the repair turn around to be as quick as it was. The technician completed the repair within the same day and I was back up and running! Also the cost for repair was well below what others quoted for repair. I am so appreciative for computer handy quick, efficient and below expected cost! I will be using computer handy for all my computer repair needs from now on! Thank you very much!

Jim is professional and extraordinarily proficient in the computer field. He arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and put two technophobes at ease as he fixed a wifi driver issue and handled several clean up and update issues with our computers.
