Description of Work: We just bought a new home and there was a minor moisture issue under the home. The seller paid for Bioclean to come out access the area and treat. Bioclean answered all the questions I had about treatment, future issues, warranty, health questions, etc. They also offered to recheck the area for change in moisture when the weather gets warmer and to assess if a dehumidifier is necessary .Looking at their work under the house you can tell it has been treated and spots were not missed.
