They are just good people. They are reliable. It's a small family business so you are almost always dealing with a family member. They clean up fine. They're professional, responsive and honest.

I love them and I'm on a maintenance schedule with them. For the service contract is $130 per year. The repair was $185

They did a good job. Two technicians came out for the job. I was not home while they did the service but my contractor was. I thought the pricing was a little high. They came out when they said they would. I had no problem scheduling them out and would recommend them to others. I have even set up a service contract with them.

Everything was great! They were able to get everything done in one day and answered all my questions before and during installation. They also worked well with Electrician to get the power installed.

You won't be disappointed in their quote or service. Rick Sams is a man of integrity and professionalism. Brandon Sams is a good technician as well as Jon and his other employees. Currently we are waiting to do a pressure test at my home, but first they need to replace faulty floor rigisters. I have no doubt this will take place in the next few days in a proficient manner. If you have heating/air conditioning needs you should consider this team.

Indoor Comfort did a fine job. They were very pleasant to do business with and were very professional. I would use them again in the future if need be.
