Awesome Family business. You can trust what their doing. Professional in every way. Very busy company and for obvious reasons. they damaged the brick/mortor around the chimney causing water to leak inside the bedroom ceiling we called them several times and they were shown the water damage- we didn't leakage until the new roof roof was replaced. we were never told they damaged the chimney.as water started coming in after the first rain-a weeks later. we called several times as the owner told us they couldn''t do any more. thanks- these are 30 year shingles.

"Upon quoting job price for [member name removed] he originally stated that his chimney had leaked since the day he purchased the home and that was the reason he was getting a new roof. May Roofing made several trips to locate the source of water entry. It was found to be coming from previous chimney flashing. It had to be leaking through brick or mortar. Attempts were made to use water proofing sealant on brick and mortar at NO charge to[member name removed]. May Roofing did not build the chimney, just flashed to it. It was suggested to [member name removed] to hire a brick mason, but he refused. So in conclusion it was not the fault of May Roofing. May Roofing went above and beyond what they needed to do by applying the sealant hoping to correct the problem for [member name removed]."

The company completed this job in the planned two days. I am very pleased with the quality of the work. What stood out in my mind was that we had poor weather during the project, so this company did not remove all the shingles at once. They instead only removed the shingles they knew they could replace each day. This ensured my roof did not receive unneeded moisture. If I need any roofing needs in the future I will definitely give this company a call.
