Very well. Mike went the extra mile to discover the part was under warranty (two other companies thought the warranty had expired). He also fixed a few other items that the company that did the routine maintenance had missed.

I called Carolina Quality this morning because my upstairs heat would not kick on if it got below freezing outside. I spoke with Christy (spelling?) who was very polite. She quoted the fees just to have them come out, reasonable rates for before 5:00pm and reasonable rates for after 5:00pm. She said the appointment could be at any time today. I gave her my cell phone number. Within a couple of hours I received a call from Cory, they were 15 minutes away. Cory and another gentleman arrived promptly, and went straight to work. They were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They had my furnace fixed in a very short amount of time.  It was a pleasure doing business with this company, and I will use them again.

I had a problem with my air, he was here in less than 30 min.  He checked everything, and got it up and running. I have been working with Mike for 14 years.  He is very honest and upfront.  He is about to replace a total heating and air system.

I received a call Thursday, and the technician got to the house and was quick and efficient with his diagnostic. He called me with details as he went through his process. This poor guy worked through severe thunderstorms to help get the AC unit working.

It turned a bug shorted out a contactor! The crispy bug was removed, and the contactor was replaced. I found the price very reasonable, the technician very knowledgeable, and the service very professional. I would definitely recommend this company!

I contacted them recently because the furnace went out with the same problem I had previously.  They said they would come out for another $84 charge.  They said there was a 30 day guarantee on their work, but I thought it would last longer than 4 months.  If the company would have come out as a sign of good will to stand by their work even though the 30 day period was over, I would have probably kept using them forever.  I would not use this company because their quality is not good.  I will now be finding another company to use.

"We were our on November 16th 2013, on a weekend service. Replaced W/R single gas valve. Customer had no problem with heat for four months. March 4th 2014. Mrs [member name removed] had called said unit wasn't working again. Wanted us to come out for free. We told her she would have to pay diagnostic fee to come because it had been over 20 days. Mr. Greene arrived at the stated time he said he would come. He then had to search for the part because the parts store was closed. He completed the work in a very timely fashion. My nephew is in the same business in Texas and told me what a fair price was. What impressed me the most is that I had to have the work done on Saturday because of a family situation and he was able to make time and showed such compassion. I will be buying a service plan from this company in the very near future. Thank You Mr. Greene for being so honest and willing to go the extra mile.

Came on time. He spent time looking at and making adjustments to the AC unit and said he recalibrated the thermostat. The unit was not cooling well and he assured me his cleaning and adjusting would improve it. Since his visit, the blower fan has been erratic and now won't shut off. The cooling worked no better and now that the cold weather has begun there is no heating from the unit, which until now has never had a problem. I will have to pay another HVAC contractor this week to try and get the heat to work and the fan to shut off. I feel like I wasted my money.

Technician was professional, prompt and thorough.  He explained what he would do during the inspection of the AC/furance system.  He tested all wiring, checked filters,cleaned the units and preformed various other system checks.  I was impressed with how thorough the tech. was in inspecting the AC system.  I will certainly use Carolina Quality Heating & Air for my future HVAC needs.

This service was purchased as an Angie's list "Big Deal".   Excellent service all the way.  Contacted soon after the initial purchase of service,  Able to accommodate our preferred service date and time.  Technician was friendly and knowledgable and perfomed the service without issue including correcting a small problem with the system without tacking on additional charges.  There was also no hard sell for additional services or a service contract.

Tommy trouble shot the unit, determined the issue, isolated it and restarted unit.
He found a secondary issue and repaired that as well.
Great Job-house is nice and cool-couldn't ask for anything more than what these service technicians provide.

Very impressed with the service we received.  Tommy came out on time for the appointment and checked all three units.  He spent his time cleaning each unit and making sure everything was working like it should.  I have had other companies out in the past and I immediately felt that he was a honest and trustworthy person.  He really knew what he was doing and did not rush to get to the next job.   When I called to make the appointment because one of our units were not cooling they had someone out the next morning.  I will use them again but for now everything is cool and working!

Excellent scheduling and coordination.
Mike and his coworker arrived promptly at the scheduled time, began removing the existing failed unit and planning for the new installation.
New transitions were made to connect the existing duct work to the new unit.
The new unit was set in place hooked up and tested in a very timely manner.
The job was completed proffessionally and we were extremely satisfied with the install, equipment and training.

They are very honest and hardworking. I have no problems with my system. Some of the guys are more experienced than others, but they can all service the unit. If you have an emergency, they come out that day and that means alot to me. They put you first if you have an agreement with them.

I like the fact that the unit is under contract and if I have a breakdown or emergency they will come fix it.  I have a continuing relationships with them.  They call a couple days ahead of time to confirm the appointment.  They also call the day of the appointment to make sure there haven't been any changes.  Scheduling has been very good.
