I am not in the state for a home I am purchasing, but he did a very thorough job with my realtor inspecting the house and septic tank, and the report included detailed pictures with arrows pointing to the noted discrepancies. Very helpful, polite, and responsive.

He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He found things in a new construction that I never would have looked for and saved us from damage in the long run. He helped put my wife and I at ease about buying as he explained everything and checked everywhere for issues. The best part is that as a first time home buyer he explained the systems (electric, sewage, AC/Heat) in depth to ensure I could take care of the house and prevent issues down the line. I would highly recommend him for home inspections and anything else.

He tested everything down to the wall outlets. He wrote a detailed report and sent me the report in a timely matter. He also followed up with me to ensure the things listed in the report were fixed.

Bill is very thorough and very knowledgeable. Took the time to check out extra features of the home that weren't required by the inspection and explained everything in great detail. A home inspection is a time consuming event if done correctly and Bill took all day to make sure everything was covered as well as explained everything as he went along to make sure I understood the pros and cons. Would definiitely use him again!
