Gann Brothers Septic Tank Service

Very professional, fair pricing and friendly. Called ahead and arrived at appointment time. Did a very thorough job and went above an beyond to protect my property, driveway and keeping everything clean. Turns out my tank has two chambers with a filter in between. I do not remember my previous provider (who is now out of business) pumping out both sides of tank and cleaning the filter in between. Gann Brothers does it right!

Our entire experience was excellent. It's getting harder and harder to find companies who excel in customer service and all phases of their work, but Gann Brothers does it all - and does it well. They answered the phone every time, responded to my emails, answered all my questions, kept us posted as to their schedule for our job, showed up on time, worked hard ALL day and even emailed an invoice stamped 'paid' the next morning. They were professional all the way - every employee we dealt with! Work included pumping out our old tank, crushing and burying it, installing new tank with valve allowing us to switch old and new leach fields annually, dug thru TONS of trees and uge roots to lay in the new drain lines When I told them how sorry I was for the aggravation, the guys just smiled and said 'it's OK. Just part of the job.' - and they sounded like they meant it! They will be doing all of our future work for sure!!

We were expecting to need replacing our entire system and Gann Bros went the extra mile to solve our problem with repair rather than replace. What could have cost SEVERAL thousands of dollars, cost us just a fraction of that. Eric Gann is as honest and fair as they come.
