 + -1 moreThis man does excellent work at a very reasonable price. He works with you around your budget because we have done this work over several months as we could afford it, my husband will call Joe Pat and ask for him to work us into his schedule and he always manages to get to us within 10 to 14 days, doesn't matter how small or how large because he does it all! I feel like calling him a handy man does him a disservice because he can do everything. Our next project is knocking out a wall to turn a bath and a half into one large bathroom and we know that if we want excellent work then Joe Pat is our man. I am so happy with the quality his work that I've got him coming to the company I work for this week to give a quote on moving a wall and remodeling our engineering department.
Description of Work: Remodeling, we have an older home that we have been remodeling since we moved in in July 2013 and Joe Pat Locklear has done all of the work except our kitchen cabinets. Carpet and laminate flooring through our home, replaced all interior doors, replaced our attic pull down and the steps to the attic, removed an interior door and cased the doorway also making it wider. When he put down our laminate in the kitchen he also pulled up the old floor and replaced areas that were damaged or not level before he put down new floor. He installed our new dishwasher and sink (after new cabinets were installed). Redesigned closets, installing shelving, roofed a small outside building, installed new vinyl windows.
