YOUNG'S FLOWER CART

I ordered flowers for a Birthday from youngs. I left specific instructions for them to deliver the flowers early (I would have expected a call if that wasn't possible) so they wouldn't miss the recipient. I left my phone number in case they had issues. They NEVER called me. Her excuse for not calling was because they are busy. I was busy at work all day and called them at 4 to insure the $50 of flowers and balloon had been delivered- they told me they left them outside in the cold and RAIN on the front porch. The balloon is surly dead since it has been outside ALL day and who knows if the flowers are still there or ruined by the rain. She offered to deliver another balloon for a FEE. She also told me that the bouquet of carnations I had ordered was actually worth $50 and the balloon was technically free- you have GOT to be kidding me. I will never work with them again. Terrible customer service. I would have gladly came and picked up the flowers and delivered them myself or paid for them to try delivery later in the day when the recipient was home. They didn't deliver when asked and never called me to let me know the recipient wasn't home. Thanks for ruining a $50 birthday surprise for my daughter and my day.
