The job could not have gone better.I was most fortunate to obtain Mr. Mike Lee (Westwood Builders) to perform this bathroom remodel for me. I have nothing but the highest praise for the work done by Mike and his team. This was a difficult job for several reasons. For one thing, I insisted on the installation of a large pre-fab shower unit instead of a tile shower. This required bringing the shower unit through a large exterior window in my bathroom. Mike?s team did this with no problem. Also, like most Charlotte houses, my house is ?out of square and not plumb?. Mike and his team handled this with no complaints or excuses. The quality of their work was nothing less than superb, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Mike kept to his word on the estimate?and in fact credited me for some existing components that could be re-used. Mike is a perfectionist and a true professional. My bathroom vanity, which I did not replace, was never properly installed when my house was built. Mike and his team re-set the vanity at no cost to me. They did this, I believe, because it just wasn?t right, and they wanted my bathroom to ?be right?. Mike Lee was very respectful of my property. He cleaned up after each day's work, and it was a treat for me to come home from my office and see the progress he had made. Mike was on-site during the entire process, and did much of the work himself. He was ALWAYS on time, and kept his word at every turn. If I needed a new home, I would be privileged to have Mike Lee build it for me. I know this review sounds almost like an advertisement, but I was truly thrilled with the work that was done, and consider myself fortunate to have found Mike Lee. Unfortunately, I have had some pretty poor results with contractors in the past. I highly recommend (Westwood Builders) Mike Lee without reservation.
