Jeff is punctual and polite. He did the work -- removal of old swop owner, plumbing fixes, etc. -- in the time estimated. We did have price increases as the job went on, but I do believe he did find problems as he dug into our home's guts.

Jeff looked at our project and made suggestions. He responded with an estimate and that was what he charged. He is not a technical guy so does not do much with email or computers but always answers his phone if he possibly can. We set a start date which we had to move due to family issues. Jeff handled the city/state licensing requirements (he is licensed in SC and Tega Cay). He showed up promply on the start date and together with his son set about gutting, cleaning and rebuilding the bathroom.

I had a leak from the shower and the floor was rotting underneath so we gutted it and started over. He redid everything. He moved the bathtub, increased the size of the shower and entirely retiled it. The end result is just gorgeous. He was always on time, in fact he was early. Before we began the project I told him some of my concerns and he listened to the issues at hand and made sure to address them.

ALTHOUGH HE DIDN'T DO CARPET REPAIR THAT WOULD GO HAND IN HAND WITH TILE INSTALLATION, MEMBER STILL GIVES HIM A POSITIVE REPORT.
