+ -1 morePRESSURE-WASHED & STAINED OUR DECK. NOT CHEAP, BUT FELT LIKE WE WERE GETTING GOOD DEAL. HAND-PAINTS DECKS INSTEAD OF SPRAY PAINTING. VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING CALLS, HE STUCK TO ORIGINAL ESTIMATE & DID NOT ADD EXTRA CHARGES.
