Tony's Carpet Care is locally owned & operated and has been serving Charlotte & surrounding areas since 1985. We do not use harsh soaps, detergents or shampoos. We live in a new development and know that navigations systems do not always give the right directions. He called to make sure we knew he was in the area and would be there shortly; the appointment was for 9 AM and were here on time even with the GPS delay. How can you fault someone for GPS errors?

When Tony's Carpet Care cleaned my house in 2011, I could not believe the difference! I had them clean it for the second time, I waited much longer than I should have. Between me, my wife, my children and the pets, I was not sure that even Tony could help us this time. But, I was amazed again! All of our dirt, pet stains and orders were gone and the carpet looks like new again.
Tony & Tim worked hard and are true professionals. I definitely got my money's worth and I have asked Tony to call me in one year for another cleaning, so I can keep my carpets looking nice year round. He guaranteed our satisfaction, changed whatever we wanted and did everything we asked him to!
The carpet stains are gone. The carpets look clean and fluffy and they smell fresh. During the service time, Tony put down materials to protect my hardwood floors and cleaned up meticulously. It has been a month since the service and none of the stains have returned.
Tony explained everything in great detail with very clear after care instruction.
Very professional job by the owner himself and great value for excellent work.
I will recommend to everyone and definitely use again.
Although, with the quality of the work performed, I don't anticipate needing his service again any time soon.
