The Landscaping Company

Owner not engaged in supervision of work done. I have been harassed and intimidated by the owner and the relentless recovery companies and a Charlotte Attorney over the last 3 years for work that was sloppy and damaging to my yard. I left a previous review but felt obligated to inform any person to be aware. The owner is not engaged in daily work of his company. I requested many times by phone and email for owner to come to my home and look at the inferior work being done. Owner actually told me on phone call good workers were hard to find. In the owner’s first reply he mentioned I did give his company an A in 2014 but unfortunately the work quality declined in 2015. I have reported this company to BBB and numerous social media sites. I am a female senior that was taken advantage of because this owner believes unsupervised workers have completed work that was sloppy and damaging instead of being a engaged and responsive owner.
