I cannot explain of how pleased I am with the work Steve did with my project (part two)! After I had a window removed and a door replacing the window, I added a deck on outside of the door. The project was very successful (see the pictures)! Steve is very detailed and insists on perfection of his work! His crew works with his direction. I really appreciate Steve taking you by the hand and guiding you through what needs to be done! I will hire again!

Steve and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. Steve talked me through everything he was doing and he and his crew were friendly and enjoyable to have around. The job was done quickly and they were constantly cleaning up after themselves. I love my doors and will definitely have more jobs for him!

I am highly please with the work Steve did on my house! I wanted a door put in where a window was located (part one of a project I'm working on). He came by my house first, looked over what I wanted, and knew exactly what he needed to do. My job was completed in one day! He removed all trash and made sure the area was cleaned afterwards. The door he added looks fantastic and what I had in mind. He reminded me that it was a good idea to have because it can be used for an exit in case of fire on the other side of the house! Excellent job! I highly recommend! (before and after pictures available)

Went great. Workers arrived at 9 am. Everything was completed by 2pm. No mess. They cleaned up everything. Looks great. Used extra strength screws so very steady. Very happy with work.

I talked with many contractors and Steve was the only one who helped me get an engineer to make sure everything was done to code. He framed out a very difficult job which required cutting into a steel beam and a helical pier because the ground was too soft. He expanded laundry and bath area to provide for walk-in closet and full bath. He feathered out the wall to hide the plumbing pipes that could not be concealed. He was clean and orderly although dealing with inspections was rough and messed up our schedules and plans often. His people were very smart when it comes to plumbing and electrical and they provided advice to the licensed contractors when said contractors said things could not be done which helped me immensely. I purchased all tile, flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures and products separately.

Very happy with the fast and professional service of Steve's Solutions. I am an out-of-state landlord and needed a variety of items repaired in my rental property in order to meet a re-inspection deadline that was rapidly approaching. Steve's Solutions was able to quote me the work at a reasonable hourly rate, purchase the materials I needed once an original assessment was done in the home, and complete all the repairs (six separate ones) all within five days of our first phone conversation. They also had to work around my tenant's schedule which they did professionally. Great service!

Steve was prompt and his crew did excellent work. I can’t say enough good things . My garage looks so much better. They also found an area on my roof that the squirrels had eaten through a pipe and repaired it perfectly. I will definitely be using Steve’s Solutions again!

It went very well- we had to postpone a couple days due to rain but Steve stayed in touch and was there on first day the rain let up. The painter was very diligent- The job was priced hourly and ended up coming in under budget and everything looked great. I look forward to working with Steves solutions again and have already contacted him about some other projects at my house.

Excellent! Steve picked up our doors and drywall from Lowe’s. The crew came in on time both mornings, cleaned up after themselves and Steve hauled all the extras away to the dumpster twice at no cost. Not only did Steve’s crew put up the doors and completed the original job, they did other things we asked if they could do. They replaced a new vanity and sink we had purchased, they put in three new kitchen cabinets that we needed replaced, they caulked all my windows outside, put up my shutters, and completed some drywall repairs needed in the kitchen.

Frank from Steve’s solutions completed our repairs and did a great job. Steve met us with Frank on the morning of day 1 to make sure everything was ready to go. Frank was super helpful and even came back to make an adjustment to the light when we contacted them a couple days after the initial work was completed. This is a really great company and we will be using them again. We were really impressed with their responsiveness, fair price, and quality of work. Highly recommend!

Steve corrected the problem by a former handyman who did not do a great job with my under deck roofing Steve was professional and I knew just what to do to correct the issues my roofing under the deck now slopes correctly and drains correctly which previously did not do I am happy to report there are no leaks even in very heavy rain which was not the case previously excellent work and a great job thanks
