SPRINT STORE

I love it. I think it is great. Their customer service is excellent. I have never had a problem with their customer service. When I contact them with a problem it is always resolved. They seem to go out of their way. I don't really like their top-of-the-line phone that I have because the back keeps coming out, but in the overall scheme of things they are good. I have never had a customer service representative outside of the US.

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and discovered that our Sprint PCS phones didn't work there. Because Sprint and Nextel recently merged, we called customer service to find out if we could switch over the Nextel without technically breaking our contract and therefore being penalized. After we were told it would be okay, we headed off to the Sprint Store. CeCi welcomed us and took the time to assess our situation; she discussed all the different services and plans, and gave us information based on her and other customers' previous experiences. She called corporate and was able to get a 2 year old error fixed on my account which was preventing me from taking advantage of the rebate Sprint gives to long-term customers. CeCi then stayed with us and called corporate to make sure our service was activated correctly. She and her colleague Jose stayed at the Sprint store for 2 hours after closing just to make sure we were taken care of. They went above and beyond!
