 + -1 moreNot impressed, they are not organized and could never deliver our food when we needed it. It is actually much less hassle being able to pick up the food at a pet store right down the street from us.
Description of Work: They have not delivered food when ordered well in advance for the fourth time, we will not use them again. They also overcharge for the food. I found our dog food cheaper at a pet store here so it is much easier to get it from there.

 + -1 moreOne of our dogs has a very sensitive system, and we had a hard time finding a dog food that would agree with him, that he liked and that we felt good feeding them (highest quality ingredients, high meat content, no by-products, fillers, artificial colors, etc.). We finally found a brand we were interested in (Timberwolf Organics); however, it was very hard to find in Charlotte. We stumbled onto Southern Accents' website and found the food & variety (elk/salmon) we wanted to try. They began delivering it to our door every three weeks. We LOVE this service, though I wish they would've allowed us to set up payment on their website. It took a good week to get in touch with them on the phone (they're out delivering a lot!). Having an on-line account where we can make changes, update credit cards, order new foods, etc. would be great. Overall, we're very happy with this service.
Description of Work: Delivers premium dog food to our doorstep every three weeks.

 + -1 moreSouthern Accents makes my life so much easier! No more dragging heavy bags of dog food around all the time. They deliver 60 lbs. of food for my three dogs each month. Prices differ depending on the brand of food you purchase. They have an excellent selection of products.
Description of Work: I use Southern Accents Pet Care for dog food delivery. They come once a month and deliver high quality pet food.

 + -1 moreWONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL!!!! WILL LEAVE A DETAILED REPORT ON EACH VISIT, NOTING WHAT THEY DID WITH MY DOG (PLAYED OUTSIDE, TOOK A LONG WALK, ETC.), HOW HE WAS FEELING (HAPPY TO SEE US, LOVED HIS TREAT, CUDDLED ON THE COUCH WITH HIM WHICH HE LOVED!), ETC. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
