Description of Work: Called the other day and spoke with mike regarding getting a quote for several signs for our 300 home residential development. Mike was to have Jeff contact me. Didn't hear back. Called again and ultimately spoke with Paul who couldn't have been less helpful. If you're an HOA or representing an HOA I'd suggest going elsewhere. Paul expressed he was concerned that HOAs don't decide quickly and as a result was reluctant to come visit our development. Very disappointing initial experience which I took as a warning sign.

We service many HOA, HOA management companies, and apartment communities in the Charlotte area. We are disappointed [member name removed] has a poor experience. We typically wish to better understand what kind of signs are needed and quantity so we can be prepared for an initial survey.

They were able to quickly provide me pricing and came in significantly less than the other companies I contacted. There was a minor delay with the delivery of the order, but they were extremely quick to let me know, delivered what they could when it was ready, and knocked off the delivery fee. They also saved the day by providing patches the next day when an error on the banners was discovered.
Description of Work: Purchased several large outdoor banners and 2 A frame signs.

The staff was knowlegable and friendly and knew exactly what I was talking about (even though I wasn't exactly sure myself). Their work was prompt and less-expensive than other places I'd checked. The nametags they provided were professionally done.
