SERVICEMASTER

Awful. They tore apart our house and refused to fix. They were unprofessional, rude and lied at every opportunity. They tried to get out of our job for higher margin work. I have included a picture of the damage of what they left behind

Awful. They tore apart our house and didn't want to fix it. They lied to us and called my wife names. They were unprofessional and just rude. I would steer clear of these guys. Low reliability and moral fiber. They are squirreley in nature I've included of the demolition work they refused to fix.

They were good. They came over a month ago. They cleaned carpets in a few rooms. I had the carpet in the stairs, hall and bedroom cleaned. They were very pleasant young men. They were there on time. I had no problems with them. I would recommend them.

My overall experience was great. Everything went smoothly.

They've been out several times to complete the entire job.  They did the job.  We have a custom house that we built 30 years ago and honestly I would not use them again unless there simply is nobody else.  They come in in a rush and do their thing.  Especially the people that took away the wet stuff.  The whole idea for them is to wreck it and take it out.  The people that came in and finished afterwards were OK.  I called the painter back to look at what he did to the baseboard and trim.  They tried to take some of that extra paint off that spilled.  It was a fast turnover, mediocre job that would maybe work on a spec house but certainly not a house that you've put your heart and soul into.

I called them. They sent out a man to assess the situation, and returned the next day to begin the process.  It was a relief to be working with a company who understood the situation and was willing to answer questions and give suggestions for best outcome.  We would use them again.

They were fantastic! I couldn't have been more pleased with their emergency service. They vacuumed and set fans out, as well as opened up the walls, so that mold wouldn't form. They also sprayed for mold.

We called Servicemaster at 7:30am and they arrived at 9am and started going to work. They came by our house every day for the next three days to adjust their equipment as needed and to check on the progress of our floors.

When I called, I asked them to come out to fix the problem. The owner/manager said we didn't need them to come out and told me what to do to fix the problem. It worked in 24 hours! No charge. This is the second time this has happened with this particular company.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THE OWNER IS NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.

GREAT JOB. I DELIVERED AND PICKED UP THE RUG.

THEY CLEANED THE CARPET, TOOK OUT EVERYTHING FROM THE KITCHEN CABINETS TO GET THEM CLEAN AND WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE.
