My husband left two pairs of brand new pants to be hemmed.  I came to pick them up and one pair had a snag across the pant leg at thigh level.  The woman on the counter started screaming at me that she did not know anything about the snag.  She grabbed the slacks from my hand and would not listen when I asked what she would do about the snag.  I asked if I could speak with someone about the snag.  She just kept screaming at me.  I finally forcefully removed the pants from her hand and paid for the alterations. I told her that neither I or my husband would ever use that place of business again.  These were brand new slacks that were inspected before they were dropped off at this place of business.  No apology was offered.

Their work on their shoes was excellent. My only complaint would be their accent is very thick so it is difficult for me to understand them. I will continue to go back though.

Excellent. Had looked for a quality shoe repair for some time. Excellent repair and very nice person at the store.

Repair was excellent. The wedge sandals are a metallic bronze color, and the shop managed to replace a leather buckling strap so close to the original color, it looks like it was made that way originally. I was thrilled to have one of my favorite pair of sandals back in service again!

Overall the experience was fine, but the price was higher than I would have expected and it took a little longer than I would have anticipated. Given their location, they seem to have a bit of a monopoly in this area.

They do an outstanding job. The shoes look brand new, with a wonderful polish job.
