They are excellent. They are punctual with estimates and their work. This is the only tree service I use now and have used them for years. When they are done with their work it doesn't look like they have even been here.

It did not go well at all. He seemed to be concerned that I was upset at what was going on with the tree in the front. In fact he didn't even walk over to me until I forcefully told his foreman to have the guy cutting the branches stop. When he did come over he was all smiles and laughs. He treated me as though I was stupid and made excuses for what his men had done. His customer service skills are poor at best. If you want your trees carefully trimmed stay away from them they don't have the skill level to do a good job. I should have remembered that "you get what you pay for" I jumped at a good price before thinking it out. When I asked for a refund doe to the destruction he did to my tree in the front he agreed to come by and pay be. That was almost 2 months ago...I haven't heard from him.

VERY PROMPT, GREAT PRICE, GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. THEY NOT ONLY DID THE JOB VERY QUICKLY & WELL, BUT CLEANED UP & DISCARDED ALL THE DEBRIS.
