INDUSTRY EXPERTISE, QUALITY SERVICE, GUARANTEED: All of our representatives are trained in our company policy of "Professional Craftmanship, Superior Service", in addition to the product, installation and insurance claims handling training they receive. Part of their training is conducted in a classroom style, and the other part is conducted on the field, with lessons in customer relations as well as others ranging from product knowledge to installation procedures and building codes. The initial training takes place over a period of four weeks, lasting over 150 hours. We believe that education is an ongoing necessity and we require continuing education every 3 months. Jean and his crew did an excellent job. The roof was replaced in one day with no issues. The crew cleaned my property when complete. And then later that same week they pressure washed our concrete surfaces. Highly recommend!

Cannot not recommend Renoir enough. We have had them do roof work on our last 2 homes. We had a rook leak in our current home and they had it fixed within 48 hours. They were quick, responsive and professional. In a business where there are a lot of roofing companies that come into Charlotte, make promises and then leave town. The security of a locally owned small business is the way to go. I have passed on Renoir to several friends and everyone has been pleased.

Renoir Restoration did a superb job. They had a big crew who should up on time. They were efficient, respectful and cleaned up very nicely. I did not see any shingles or nails around my house. Jean, the Owner of the company is very organized and checks on his crews to make sure they are staying on tasks. I would highly recommend Renoir Restoration for your roofing needs.

I was very pleased. Mr. Miller worked with me to get the insurance approved and set up a time for the work to be done. The men came a little after 7am and worked until 7:30 pm. I have never seen a crew work so hard and so long. the only break they took was about a half hour for lunch. when they finished the roof, they cleaned up all around at the yard. They even vacuumed up the nails and other debris. My yard was immaculate! I was so pleased. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a roof.

Mr. Rish gave excellent advice and explanation of our inspection where any novice could understand it and even provided a photo carousal that showed all the areas of our roof inspected with commentary. Our family is extremely pleased and would definitely consider them first and hire them again for any future roof projects when needed!

Renior Restoration replaced our roof and really did a great job. They were very professional - showed up on time, did the work and made sure to clean the yard thoroughly for any debris and nails that might have fallen. We have dogs so it was important that they didn't eat or step on anything in the back yard. The worked closely with our insurance company to get our claim filed promptly. Would use them again.

We were very happy with the work performed. The new roof looks great! Everyone was very professional. They were responsive to our questions and concerns, The owner, Jean, stopped by several times during the process, as well as Tom Grewell, our main contact. They took their time and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. They also took special care to make sure our landscaping was protected during the job as well. Renoir Restoration just completed a new roof, drywall repair, painting, and gutter adjustments for our home. We couldn't have asked for better service or more meticulous work. WOW... Renoir Restoration replaced my roof Oct2017. I have yet to see better customer service, efficiency, for a major job such as roofing. Workers arrived at appointed time, each designated a certain task. Roof replaced in one day, like clockwork. When job was complete at end of day, workers left work area as they found it, nice clean-up. The roofing crew were diligent, hard workers, an asset to Renoir Restoration. Ashbe Stanley was an excellent designated project manager, kept me informed from beginning to end. Highly recommend this first class company!

Jean, the owner of Renoir Restoration was great to work with. The entire project was well organized and followed the agreed upon schedule. All materials arrived before the project started. Communications were efficient and Jean was responded to all calls and questions. He also managed the submission of required documentation needed by the insurance company.
