He is an old-school plumber who knows what he is doing, but lacks something of professionalism. He did not offer an itemization of what he was charging me, and did not offer a receipt. He was recommended by the previous owners of our home, and completed the work successfully without any problems.

He installed a new garbage disposal. He was also doing some work on our dishwasher. He was reliable. He does good work. He is honest.

This is one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a home repair service. Mr. Stinson was courteous and prompt in returning the initial call and in providing the service. When he came to my house he discovered that my problem was an issue that he doesn't usually do because he is not equipped for digging up the main line. However, he wanted so badly to help me that he decided to take the job anyway and dig it "by hand". He completely solved my problem by replacing the damaged section. Upon completion, I was amazed at how reasonable his price was. R D Stinson will be my plumber for life.

He returns our calls promptly, shows up when he says he will, takes his shoes off to not get dirt on the floor or carpet, and tries to get to you asap when you have an emergency. We always call him back!

He handles all my plumbing needs, he is very prompt and a nice young man. I have confidence in him. I would feel confident leaving him in my home if I had to.
