 + -1 moreMy overall experience was horrible. I was told that the tent was easy enough for two women to set up. It actually took three men and three women to set it up. The tent was in disrepair. We had to rig it up with extra bolts and screws because the proper pins that hold the legs in place were missing or not working. When I returned the tent and made the clerk and the owner aware of our problem, he said that there was nothing that they could do. Basically, it was my problem. I told them that they rented me an inferior tent, one that would not work had we not found an alternate way to keep it up. The owner turned and walked away.
Description of Work: Rented a tent. Was told it was small and lightweight so it was easy to pick up at their site and that professional delivery and pickup was not necessary. Also, was told that it was easy to set up and that their professional service of tent set up was not necessary.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY CORDIAL AND TREATED US VERY KINDLY. WE HAD ANOTHER TRUCK RENTAL COMPANY DOUBLE BOOK US, LEAVING US WITHOUT MEANS TO MOVE.
