I have used Parcel Plus in the Harris Teeter shopping center, on Weddington Rd in Matthews for 5 years. The staff, who are the owners of the shop, are very helpful and frequently make the copies for me themselves (office equipment not being my strong suit!) Their prices are reasonable and they offer a wide range of services. I've been to other places and don't get nearly the customer service, I get at Parcel Plus. I also use them to ship things Fed X and they fill out all the info for me.
