Since our meager beginnings our business has grown from a one person operation to a multi-crew company, offering a variety of home improvement services. It went well, the owner responded quickly to text and calls. The representatives from the company did arrive unexpectedly for an evaluation which there was a charge for. Even with this, we proceeded with using their services. That work was performed on time and at the quoted price and we have not experienced any issue.

I've worked with RIchard on several projects and had him do work beyond roofs. I have always been happy with his quality and prices. On every roof project I have received multiple bids and Richard's prices have always been competitive and his work has always been high quality. I will use him again in the future.

Richard's crew did an excellent job on our townhome. They were clean and efficient. The crew of four men completed the job in three days. They quickly remedied any issues that we came across. The old colors in our home were left over from the previous owner and were very vibrant tones, which made for a more difficult job of changing them. However, the crew did a great job and there are no remnants of the previous colors.

As far as I can tell, it couldn't have gone better. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing to replace roof shingles. We got such a good impression of him, we will probably call him when we need to replace our roof (which hopefully won't be for another year or two at least!).

The first company we spoke with gave us a bunch of excuses about how difficult the job would be. The estimator from Nordman's had a can-do attitude and was able to send a crew out quickly. We have a very steep roof, but they installed the 2 new fans without a problem. Both workers were cheerful and efficient.

When we had a leak, it took three days to get somebody out there to fix it. They did provide that service without charging us, but I would've liked them to be more responsive. Otherwise, they did good work.

I have used the Roof Wizard a couple of times now for various roof maintenance issues while renovating homes ($175 - $500). The quotes have always been reasonable and the quality of work excellent. It is very refreshing to deal with someone willing to work the small the jobs promptly and professionally!

They were just great. They had to come out a second time to fix some issues and they didn't charge us for the second visit. They did a very good job. I would use them again if the need arose.

THE WORK DONE WAS ACCEPTABLE. WE WERE MOVING, SO WE WEREN'T LOOKING FOR ANYTHING ABOVE AND BEYOND. THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT FOR WHAT WAS BEING DONE. THEY WERE NOT EXTREMELY TIMELY OR GOOD AT RETURNING CALLS.

I CALLED AND HE ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY. I GAVE HIM THE ADDRESS AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD DRIVE BY AND LOOK AT IT AND GIVE ME A PRICE OVER THE PHONE. HE CALLED ME LATER THAT DAY WITH A PRICE, AND WE SCHEDULED THE WORK LATER THAT WEEK. HE DID THE JOB AND THEN LEFT ME A BILL. HE DID A GREAT JOB, IT LOOKS LIKE A NEW ROOF! HE WAS ALSO MORE THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE OTHER CONTRACTOR THAT QUOTED THE JOB.
