The guys come and spray the whole yard and we are careful to keep pets inside. Then they birng our notice and are on their way. I have
had issues of some ants on the inside and Tommy (owner) has been kind enough to come spray the perimeters and check on inside.
Also he came one time when there were some weird bees that had infiltrated our back yard. He identified them and realized they were
non-aggressive. So we agreed to leave them well enough alone and they would leave on their own, eventually - which they did. No
Mo Skeetas win my vote for best pest control place here in Charlotte. They are very accommodating.

Everything went great. I called when I was still in DC to order a service before moving in to our new house in Charlotte in September. Mosquitos love me and I'd get bitten just taking the trash to the curb! I wanted to be able to enjoy our new porch and yard in NC without the misery of being attacked my mosquitos. Since I joined at the end of the season, they charged me $65 for the two remaining sprays of the year. It's hard to prove a negative, but all I can say is it's been 6 weeks since we moved to Charlotte, I've been spending a lot of time outside or with the screen-less doors and windows open and I haven't had a single mosquito bite! They put something in the water of our nonfunctioning fountain to kill the mosquito larvae I could see wriggling around. They also put down a powder for black spiders which also seems to be working. I've already signed up for their service for next year.

VERY professional and flexible to work with.  This is family owned, and they still believe in the importance of customer service.  I have enjoyed dealing with them.  That isn't something that is easily said these days.  They worked with me to tell me exactly what they were going to do.  I needed to know all of the details as I have dogs that are more like my children than pets.  They patiently answered all of my questions to put me at ease.  They also followed up on the first visit to make sure we were happy with the results.  Definitely would recommend these folks. 
The product does work.  We had a bad mosquito problem.  We were able to enjoy our yard the evening after they did the spray that morning.

They came on schedule and gave a complete spray to the bessed in the front & back of my home with come to really satisfied the bisshed animal our patio.

They do a thorough job and are always very courteous.

The treatments from last year are still working and I come home to beetles upside down on their backs even though the treatements have not resumed yet this season. We have not seen one ant in our kitchen yet this year and not one spider web is on the front of our house. This is a good service company!
