"Customer purchased a exterior window cleaning special. Special is for 20 windows no higher than 2 story and screens removed. I came by to look at the house a few days after the purchase. Customer was home and told her the screens needed to be removed and 16 of the windows were 3 story and would not be able to clean those. I never heard back from them until a few months later. Came out and did the job and did remove the sticky Christmas decoration hangers from several of the windows. Didn't know I missed any."
"Customer purchased a special gutter cleaning job. Part of the deal is not to have screens on the gutters. I did the lower section without charging because of a bad storm was coming in. I do 2-3 story gutter cleaning with a vacuum system but can't do it with screens. Emailed her to let her know she could get a refund."
