Terrible service and communication. They damaged my fence, yard, and storage building. They routinely showed up without communicating when they were coming. When I complained they just made excuses. I will never use them again.

I would like to mention to those that see your post that this was tornado damage clean up, we offered to wait until your yard was dryer to do the work, but you were anxious to get your fence replaced. We did use mats and did all that we could do to preserve the yard. As for the few scratches on the shed, we did the best we could with the mangled tree that was already leaning into the shed. We tried to communicate our schedule as best as we knew it, but we also needed to prioritize neighbors that had substantial damage. This was a difficult removal due to the size and orientation of the fallen tree, The crew had to rig a complex set of ropes to support the tree so that it remained stable throughout the removal process. The process was artful and craftsmanlike. Very impressive.
