The experience was great. Dr. Mille is great and he is very attentive and professional. the whole staff is great and easy to work with.

At first I loved this vet but as time has gone on he's way too busy. I find myself waiting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes, which is quite annoying. When the dogs have a very serious illness I usually have to find another vet. I feel that the vet is overbooking and it's becoming very impersonal - he's lost sight as to what attracted clients in the beginning. And the fees are getting outrageous - more than other vets. It has become a mediocre vet service.

The lady we adopted our cat from had always used Miller Animal Hospital so we decided to give them a try. They have been our vet since 2013 and we have been completely satisfied with the service, professionalism and fees.

We do love our veterinarian. They came recommended by the person that we got our dog from. It's excellent. I'm very happy with them. He is really good with both our dogs. He doesn't try to push a lot of unnecessary things on you just to make money. He is pretty good about informing us about our options and things. He's always really busy so we end up waiting a little bit. I hope we never have to go to anyone else.

I have been taking my 2 labs to Dr Miller for about 7 years. My dogs are my babies and I've been to many vets in Charlotte. Dr Miller does not try to push unnecessary testing etc on you but treats your dogs like his own. My previous vet said my dog needed her teeth cleaned once per year, and Dr Miller checks them yearly and only recommends it when it is necessary. You may have to wait a little longer but it is absolutely worth it because he will spend as much time as you need with you and answer all your questions/ concerns. I trust him 100% with my dogs and I will never go to anyone else. He gets to know his patients and their owners so you never feel like a number but it is always very personalized care. Years ago my dog had a procedure and since I was so worried about her being under anesthesia, Dr Miller scheduled her for the first appt. that day, came to the waiting room to give me constant updates, and in general took excellent care of my dog (and her overly worried mother).

He and his staff are very good and nice. They are not pushing things that are not needed. He is very knowledgeable. He spent time with me and went over everything very thoroughly. We are very happy with him!

I have had a great experience taking my dog there. They are friendly and knowledgable. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very accomodating.

I've used Miller Animal Clinic for years after having been to many veterinarians in the area. Dr. Jack is down-to-earth and very friendly and informative. He doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't really need - in one case my outdoor cat had gotten into a fight and needed sutures. One of the techs talked about putting a cone on the cat's head, but Dr. Miller discouraged it, because cats and cones don't go together very well unless it is a last resort.

The staff can always get me in in a pinch. One day in my neighborhood I saw a dog get hit by a car - turned out to be my neighbor's dog who had escaped his back yard. Not knowing what to do, I was able to get the dog into my car and sped to Dr. Jack's - they took him right in and fixed him up, no questions asked. Their love for animals is clear.

I like Dr. Jack's philosohy and work ethic; the entire staff is caring and just terrific. I think their prices are EXTREMELY reasonable as well.

We have been very pleased with them. The vets are good and always responsive. My dogs receive excellent care. They send us reminders. I like almost everything about them. The only thing that I don't like is the parking lot. It is not easy to enter and move around the hospital. They vet techs are very knowledgeable. Sometimes I call up and ask if I can use the same medication that I used for a particular problem before. They are happy to comply with that unless there is something else going on with the dog and they want to see it.

This is a small shop so you should expect to wait a little. However, once you get in, you have the full attention of Dr. Miller and his staff. They are very professional and you can tell that Dr. Miller truly cares about the welfare of your animal. What I liked best is that Dr. Miller does not try to over-sell any treatments or make one feel guilty if they decide to wait on certain items recommended.

This is a very good facility and I am glad that I was referred here by the owner of my local kennel.

I take him once or twice a year to get his stuff done. The doctor is kind of no nonsense and he tells you like it is. He tells you the pros and the cons and what he thinks you should do but it's left to me to decide. I've had two or three dogs and he's always been really good with my pets. He's always good with animals and always able to get me in if there is something wrong that kind of needs to be seen quickly. He tried to work me in and he's just a good guy. His staff is always really nice, helpful and cheerful. I remember one time I actually needed to get some medicine for him but I couldn't get up there, so he said he'll just leave the medicine outside and to come by and get it when I can. I didn't have to make a special trip leaving work or anything and go out to his office, which was nice.

He is wonderful. The people go above and beyond. They are very kind and accommodate in any way possible. They are all very knowledgeable.

Dr. Jack took a considerable amount of time examining her and explaining the situation; even took photos for her file. Everyone was very professional. We have since gone back for follow up and will likely stay with Miller Animal Hospital after terminating our relationship of over 20 years with another vet who had steadily increased their prices beyond what we consider justified. By comparing past statements, Miller's pricing was definitely lower for the same services.

I've been taking my Shih Tzu/Cairn Terrier mix dog to Dr. Miller for about a year and a half. I recently added a puppy to my home and have been taking her to him also. Dr. Miller gave me very good advince on adding a second dog to my home. We discussed what type of puppy my dog would probably do best with. I'm thankful that he took the time to discuss this with me. It helped me choose the right dog for my home. I took my puppy in for a checkup as soon as I got her and then to be spayed. She did great after the surgery and you can barely see her incision scar. Dr. Miller's staff is wonderful about answering questions and the office is very caring. Every time I've gone in, my dogs and I have been treated professionally. I also feel the pricing is resonable. I have moved further away from Dr. Miller but he is worth the drive. I plan to continue taking my dogs to him because I trust he and his staff to do what's best for them.

The staff at the Miller Animal Hospital make me very happy. They are very personable. They take as much time as I need and they explain things very thoroughly. Their prices are very reasonable.

We adopted a rescue dog that turned into a biter. Dr. Miller listened to our problem and was able to give us the advice we needed, even with an evening call. We have also opened our own pet business, and Dr. Miller has been able to give us advise in managing a new business.
