Donna came over to give us an estimate - she gave us several options. We chose the lower cost option, which ended up being taking out a rusted bathtup, replacing shower doors (which we purchased ourselves) and having the floor tiled. After we chose them, she called and indicated that their tile person at the time was unavailable, so we ended up contracting another company to tile the shower and floor. That to me indicated a true professional - looking out after our interests. McTyre handled the demolition part, then after the tile was complete, came back and installed the shower doors and put everything back together. A sideline note- when we took the shower doors out of the box - one had a chip in it. I ended up having to take it back to the store, get a replacement and come back. Never a complaint from McTyre about having to come back again. We could not have asked for a better company to do the work. Would we recommend them to others - absolutely yes. This is a family owned and operated company and I felt like we were part of their family while they were in our house.

I am very pleased with the professional approach, workmanship and work ethic of all of the people involved with this project. They have done exceptional work along with making very useful recommendations thereby preventing me from making costly errors in judgment due to my lack of experience in construction. I would highly recommend this company for any job small or large.
