Lombardo Swimming Pool Company

We are so glad we chose Lombardo Pools.  We knew adding a pool would a major construction project  but I suspect like many, we did not fully appreciate the magnitude. Nor, did we realize how adding the pool and spa would completely transform not only our backyard but the lifestyle feel of our home.  
We dealt directly with Keith Lombardo based on the recommendations of 3 separate friends of ours that were previous customers. We went to him with a list of concepts that we knew we wanted for the project. He did an excellent job of hearing what we were saying, and proposing ways we could accomplish our objectives.  He then honed the concepts into a visual 3D drawing that allowed us to accurately imagine the finished product. We did competitively bid/compare his company to two others. Throughout the project,  we asked for and listened to his advice on numerous materials and colors feeling he advised us as he would his own, and that we benefitted from his years of  experience.  We truly could not be more pleased with our results nor the service we received.  Throughout the project whenever we had questions or concerns, we were able to pick up the phone and call or text Keith or Chris (our Project Manager) directly if they weren?t on site. The crews that were on site, were always responsive.  We felt safe and comfortable throughout the project with the crews that were working in our yard.   If you?ve ever had major construction done on or around your home, your personal space, you know that it is hard to come away from the experience feeling wholly good about the experience, but I can truly say, that is our case with Lombardo. We feel that their service was equal to the high expectations we had.  With a project the size of ours, there were many opportunities for them to let us down, and over and over we?ve been thankful that they didn?t.

I spent about $65000. They're referred to as a master pool builder. The end quality is excellent and we're very pleased with the way the pool looks, functions, designed and so on. With the construction they were not very good communicators so we were a little bit frustrated throughout the course of the build. We weren't kept up to date with what was happening, why things weren't happening and what's going to happen next. They really don't have a project manner. The salesman who sold us the pool becomes the project manager and it's not really his skill set or full responsibility. So we had people showing up randomly and they needed access to our garage for power and so on. Then other things weren't their fault such as the rain and so on. But the end product is lovely. It's a kin to building a house where you're working with a lot of subcontractors. Overall we're very satisfied but we think they need to hire a project manager.

Keith designed and built an amazing pool and for a better price than the other quotes I got. I cannot tell you how many compliments we get on the pool and decking. He helped throughout the entire process with design ideas, feedback on what extras were really worth the money, answering any and all questions during the construction phase, and handling the weekly service since construction. Not to mention the construction process was complicated by nonstop rain this past summer and that he had to coordinate with our landscaping guys as we totally redid the backyard at the same time. I couldn't be happier with the pool and my interactions with Keith and Lombardo pools. There is no doubt if I ever move and build another pool, Keith is the only guy I'm calling.

Their price was of good value. It was not reasonable. It was average. It was competitive in comparison to other providers. The work turned out very good. The staff was very friendly. Overall, they were very professional. Their punctuality could have been better.

NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE COULD NOT HAVE COMPLETED THIS PROJECT WITH ANY FACSIMILE OF SANITY HAD WE NOT CHOSEN LOMBARDO POOLS TO BUILD THE POOL FOR US. KEITH LOMBARDO AND KEITH LINDBERG ARE A CONTRAST IN PERSONALITIES BUT FORM A TEAM THAT COMPLIMENTS THE COMPANY'S OVERALL EFFORTS. THE QUALITY OF THE JOB MET OUR EVERY EXPECTATION. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND THEIR ACCESSIBILITY AND RESPONSIVENESS CERTAINLY HELPED US EASE OUR CONCERNS AS WE EMBARKED ON A VERY TRYING AND LENGTHY CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. IT NOT ONLY INCLUDED THE POOL ITSELF BUT A COVERED TERRACE ATTACHED TO OUR EXISTING SUNROOM AND LANDSCAPING. LOMBARDO IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY WHICH I WOULD HEARTILY RECOMMEND IF A POOL IS IN YOUR PLANS. THEY DELIVER A QUALITY PRODUCT AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE.

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH NICE THINGS ABOUT THEM. HE KNOWS SO MUCH ABOUT POOLS. WE HAD A REALLY HARD TIME FINDING SOMEONE TO BUILD OUR POOL. OUR POOL HAD TO BE DONE IN PHASES. AS SOON AS WE CALLED TO COMPLETE THE 2ND PHASE, HE WAS READY. HE HELPED W/PLANNING and ARRANGEMENT OF DECK TO GET THE BEST VALUE FOR OUR MONEY. FOUND PRICING TO BE EXTREMELY FAIR. HE BREAKS IT ALL DOWN TO PERCENTAGES. YOU PAY AS THE WORK PROGRESSES. WE HAD OBSTACLES BECAUSE OUR YARD IS EXTREMELY SLOPED AND HE DID ALL THE EXCAVATING. HE DOESNT SUB OUT EXCEPT FOR PLASTERING AND HIS CREW IS VERY RELIABLE. DOES DUAL DRAIN SYS. FOR SAFETY. HE RECOMMENDED A TILE FOR OUR POOL. HE WAS RIGHT ON TARGET. HE HAS FLAIR AND GOOD TASTE.
