They are reasonably priced and they put in a new battery and it has been working ever since. I drop the watch off, they send it off and then they call me when it's fixed.

took it in in Thursday, 4/3/14 and asked if they could enlarge my wife's wedding ring 1 1/2 sizes. They said they could and that it would be ready Monday. I picked it up on Tuesday, and the ring looked fantastic. You could not see a seam, they cleaned and polished it. It looked as beautiful as the day I bought it 19 years ago. Great service and what a quality job they did. I highly recommend them.

The service is fantastic. I bought a $4,500.00 diamond ring from them. The lady was very good about explaining and going over different options that would be affordable to me. I have recommended them. It took longer than estimated to fix the watch but they had good follow up. The parts were harder to locate because it was an antique. When I got the watch back it was in good working order and I was completely satisfied.

They made it look like new and didn't charge me for it. They were very friendly and great to deal with. I was certainly surprised when he said it cost nothing.

They completed the job -the work was good. However the work took much longer than anticipated. When I dropped the watch off to get a price on repair it was Friday. They told me they would call by Tuesday with an estimate. By the next Friday they had not called. The next week I called to check in - they did not have an estimate yet and seemed upset that I was hassling them. They eventually called about ten days later. I o.k.'ed the price and they gave me a two week time frame. I made it clear that I needed the watch very soon (it was going to be a gift) they said they would put a rush note on it and try to get it sooner than the two weeks. The watch took four weeks. After the first two weeks passed I called to find out what was happening - when I found out it wasn't finnished I tried to get it back unfinnished - only to find that it was not at the shop but at a special watch guys place. They said the delay was do to the age of the watch - requiring special-order crystal. That may be true, and there may have truly been no way to speed up the process, but if a business can not make the deadline it has set it owes the customer a phone call... a possibly a discount. After all was said and done they had the watch almost two months. Needless to say the gift was late.

They are really nice people and the price was really reasonable.

I was super impressed.... They are friendly, helpful, do a great job. Couldn't be more pleased with them. And they were so sweet to finish the job in less than 48 hours!!!

Everything went very well. I chose this jeweler based on Angie's List ratings. I took my rings in on a Tuesday or Wednesday and got them back on the following Friday. They were not only sized perfectly, but also cleaned and polished beautifully.

I went in at the recommendation of a friend to have my watch battery replaced. That was done on the spot after a 5-minute wait. I asked about repairs to a couple pieces of my jewelry and was quoted $25 for each. I went to pick up the jewelry a week and a half later. The repairs were done very nicely. While I was there the second time, I heard the jeweler quote $25 to someone else--seems to be his magic number!

Work was very well done. Seamless enlarging, rings nicely buffed. I can be very picky, and I was well satisfied with the work on all four rings, one of which was a very delicate antique. This is the second time I've gone to this shop for work, very satisfied both times.

None, I walked in to find out about watch repair. The store was busy, I could not tell who the sales person was and there were two men and a child in the back room. No one ever approached me or said that they would be with me as most places do. This was strange as there seemed to be people in the back who saw me and could have acknowledged me as I was standing by a desk area patiently waiting for someone. I have an overall bad impression of service there and would not return for repair or purchase.

The work was seamless.
