What he did well - putting in archways and moving electricity. The archways are beautiful.
What he did that needed improvement - moving the plumbing. He was not experienced enough with the copper pipes and he ended up having to replace with pvc pipes. I don't want pvc pipes. He did not plumb for a floating vessel sink and wall mounted faucet like I asked. I think he was not familiar with those type of fixtures and since I had not yet bought the fixtures, he did not have the instructions to help him. This ended up costing me an additional $350 to get a plumber to fix.
What he did poorly - Framing, drywall, skimcoating and putting up molding - The walls in my bathroom are not squared and level, which does not bother me since only I know from installing the flooing myself. The walls are not smooth enough to paint, have uneven bumps, the drywall tape lines are readily apparent and require repair. The molding he used to frame the interior of the bathroom does not match the house and is cheap looking. He did a horrible job in putting up the base and crown molding. I thought he was coming back to fix them but now I realize he was complete. I have to pay someone to fix it.
