John Walker is a fantastic realtor!! We were extremely pleased with his responsiveness and outstanding service. We found a house we loved, called John out of the blue on a Sunday (based on a friend's recommendation) and he immediately returned our call and took us to see the listing the following day. He walked us through the process of listing our house within the week and our house was sold above asking price within two days. His pictures(absolutely amazing!) and online presence of our listing were a definite advantage as we were competing for buyers.

We were in a bidding situation with another buyer and John helped us determine our best offer which ultimately led to us purchasing the house of our dreams.

John was incredibly responsive while our house was listed and as we juggled multiple offers. He was excited for us as we went through the process of buying and selling a house and was fantastic to work with.

I would absolutely recommend John to friends and family and would use him again in a heartbeat if we ever planned to move again.

John spent a lot of time with me, helping to make sure the house looked its best, getting high quality pictures and making sure we understood everything we needed to help us understand the sale of our house.  He has a great network and understands the Charlotte market.  Overall, he was very professional and did a wonderful job listing our home.

First, John sold my condo in downtown Charlotte. He took lots of photos of the rooms from different angles and put them into an attractive listing. The place needed some sprucing up, repairs of pet damage, and the like. John arranged for a contractor who handled the work on time and at a good price. During the listing, John was careful to control showings at times that were convenient for me, and I really had no work associated with the sale other than to make the bed every day. In less than two weeks he had found a cash buyer and the sale closed quickly.
Second, while I looked for a new place, John arranged with an apartment complex for short-term rental. He found a pleasant place, good price, not too far from work. I was there about 5 months.
Third, John helped me find a house nearer to my work. He provided new listings almost every day by email, and took me out looking at places many times. As before, John took care of the details and all I had to do was ride along and take notes on the places. It took awhile but we found just the place I had hoped for, in the right location. I've been here a year now and still feel happy every time I come home.
John took care of all the details of this move and showed the highest level of professionalism in all the work. Moving is always disruptive, but John did everything to make it as stress-free as it could be. This was probably the easiest move in my life.

Having spent his whole life here, John has deep and relevant knowledge of the Charlotte market, and I was able to use that information to guide my decisions. John walked me through every step of the process and made me feel comfortable along the way. He also introduced me to the partners I needed to complete the transactions.

John is incredibly well-organized and responsive, two things that were very important to me when looking for an agent. He was constantly juggling numerous things for me (not to mention his other clients) and always keeping me abreast of next steps.

John's mission was helping me make the right purchases for me and my goals. He was patient and helpful and I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

John has been extremely thorough in the marketing and selling our home now as well as helping us with the sale and purchasing of past homes.  He has impressed us with his professionalism but he also has the gift of making you feel very comfortable.  Also, his wisdom in the real estate market is obvious.  I admire his honesty and work ethic as well.
