"Wow" doesn't begin to express how amazing the people are at Jamison Realty. My husband and I had only lived in the Charlotte, NC region for a few months when we decided to look for a home. We looked up realtors in the region and came across their website and decided to call them up - it was the best decision we ever made. From the first meeting, you could feel how knowledgeable, welcoming and professional they were. We didn't know much about the process of buying a house, but they took us step by step and made it so easy. What really made us impressed more than anything was how responsive they were to us. We were only shopping in the $150-180k range, yet we felt as though we were their only clients. We had plenty of questions and our e-mails and phone calls were answered within an hour or two. Whenever we wanted to see a house - they had availability the next day to show us (and believe me...we saw plenty of houses). They also worked with our mortgage officer and lawyer to make sure everyone had what they needed to make the buying process smooth. To this day, I am still singing their praises to anyone needing a realtor. Buying a home can be stressful, but Jamison realty made it such a wonderful experience. We will definitely use them again if we buy another home, or sell our current one.

Wrong address in list, wrong price, wrong price. I was not notified of showing, agent was just there. I could have been in bed or the shower, luckily my brother saw agent outside and stopped her from coming in. She put the key back in the lockbox but never locked it again. Anyone could have come in. I also got the impression he was not working for me as he kept saying can't I get out sooner when a renter was found. One last thing, in the 2 months we were with Jamison, my agent Jim never called me except once when I had a problem.

Worst rental company ever!!!! After we had nothing but issues with this company I thought they would have changed but things are only getting worse. We got calls after calls about who's vehicle was parked at the house we rented then it was something else. After the owner of the rental company came out and saw everything was great we never heard anything else until we had our own issues. Sent over a repair request on a Thursday next Wed still hadn't heard anything all we got was sorry. After 2 weeks of waiting for them to fix the issues I emailed the owner and expressed my concern considering some things were even electrical, and he Paul Jamison emailed me back saying do not email him again. It was more than fine for his company to call or email me but because I have issues now they don't want to fix them. It is going on 2 and a half weeks and still nothing. Seriously thinking about hiring a lawyer now. If you ever consider renting from Jamison Reality DON'T it's a waste of time and money.

He was professional, responsive and punctual. He did not charge me anything for the service. I was satisfied with his service.
