At the beginning, I was told up front what timelines to expect and things went well. They told me what needed to be fixed and what the cost would be. When the part was replaced and still didn’t work, they called me to let me know that the part company asked that the part be returned because it may be faulty. Up to this point, I was kept up to date on the progress, which was understandable. It had been about two weeks after I initially brought the blower in. This is when things didn’t go so well. After a week and half, i had not heard anything so I called and was told the exact same thing about the faulty part. I’m assuming that for whatever reason, the faulty part wasn’t actually returned to get a new one. Instead, they said they were still waiting and blamed timing on the Thanksgiving holiday (I admit the Holiday accounts for 2-3 days, but not a week and a half). Once the replacement was made, I did receive a call that things were ready. The leaf blower works, though I do need to take it back because sometimes when it initially starts it still sounds like it is gumming up.

I ultimately had to go somewhere else to get my generator fixed. They're very nice and courteous, I just didn't appreciate my truck getting damaged.

Provided a tune up on a sixteen year old blower.  Needed to replace the carburetor due to my poor maintenance.  Runs line new!!  If I replaced the blower with a new model, my cost for same capabilities would have been $450+.

What a great experience. I took in my generator that I use to run my business. ISS evaluated it and determined it was a simple fix. ISS employees and the technician were very professional and considerate of my time and need to get my generator back. Great job!! Will use ISS for all my small engine repair and maintenance needs. I took my pressure washer in for repair and needed it back before a job that was to start on my property the week of Labor Day.  I was told they would call and let me know their findings and the cost within 3-5 days.  I did not hear from anyone , called to find out the status and was told it needed a new pump which had to be ordered.  I authorized the repair and reminded them of the date I needed the machine back. He informed me that an unusual number of repairs had come in but if the part came in timely, there should be no problem.  The gentleman I spoke with said if I had not been called by Saturday morning to give them a call which I did.  I had to leave a message and by the time my call was returned, I did not have time to get across town to pick up the pressure washer before they closed.  This is when their exceptional customer service kicked in.  The Service Manager said if I could pay by phone, he would deliver the machine to my home!  I had my pressure washer back later that evening and it works great.

I will definitely use this company in the future.

Interstate was asked to go thru an older model stand-up Great Dane to determine needed repairs and to do standard service.  The main problem I have with them is the time required to complete it.  Right at six weeks to replace a carburetor, minor engine repair, fluids changing and standard mower servicing.  The counter was friendly and helpful, but the service personnel were non-responsive.  I had to call to get answers which they didn't have at hand, and would not call back.  Eventually just waited them out to let them finish the job.

I was very pleased with them. They were very thorough and provided information about the different makes and models. They have a very nice selection of top rated mowers. They also service the equipment there.
The mower I wanted was on back order and it took a while to get it. I was very pleased that they offered to give me a free loaner mower to use in the meantime.

I called on a Saturday morning and they told me to bring my mower in that day.  They have a nice shop with lots of mowers and weedeaters etc.  I paid a $30 fee for them to look at my old lawnmower.  The $30 fee is credited towards any repair.  My mower was not worth the cost to repair which was really not surprising considering the age and use.  I bought a new  mower.  I love my new mower so far!  Very good service right from the first phone call until I was out the door with my new mower.

Took mower in and had to wait 2 weeks until they could check it out(we were told they were at least 2 weeks behind), we were kept informed the whole time about what was going on. When we picked up mower, we drove it around the parking area to see it was operating correctly.

We took in three items, and each was billed $57.00 even for labor, so they must have a minimum per item. I'm not sure if this is high or not. Also, I called to see if the mower would be available and if not would they have a loaner available. They said they would need to call me back, and then they did not call until it was ready three days later. (We hired someone to cut the grass that week.)
