INTEGRITY BUILDERS

We had plans drawn up to renovate our house. We decided to first renovate two bathrooms for the experience. Needless to say, we were disappointed in our first contractor. When we decided to do the larger project we interviewed and researched other contractors. We decided to go with Integrity Builders because of Mark's thoroughness. We got the project started in April, moved out of our house in June, had a baby in October and moved back in January. Mark recommended that we move out due to the size and type of the renovation, GREAT advice for our situation. We finished about 2 months later than expected because we finished more of the house than we first expected. Mark was great to work with as our plans for the house changed throughout the project. He provided great suggestions, was always available to answer my calls, stayed within our budget, and the final product is a beautiful home. I would recommend Integrity Builders in a heartbeat, no hesitation.

WOW! I LOVE THESE GUYS. WE RENOVATED THE FIRST FLOOR, ADDED A COMPLETE SECOND FLOOR AND A THIRD FLOOR BONUS ROOM. THEY DID A GREAT JOB HELPING US BUDGET AND WERE WONDERFUL ABOUT PROGRESS REPORTS AND MET WITH US WEEKLY TO ENSURE WE ALWAYS KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY ALSO KEPT A VERY NEAT WORKSITE.

THEIR PERFORMANCE WAS NOTHING LESS THAN EXTRAORDINARY. INTEGRITY COMPLETED THE JOB AS PRICED AND AHEAD OF TIME. THEY ALSO SAVED ME MONEY ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS BY MAKING SUGGESTIONS FOR ALTERNATIVE PRODUCTS OR METHODS, EVEN WHEN IT ADVERSELY AFFECTED THEIR OWN PROFIT. THEIR COMMITMENT TO PROFESSIONAL EXCELLENCE WAS COMMENDABLE. THEY ATTENDED EVERY DETAIL AS THOUGH IT WERE THEIR HOME. THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE FIRST RATE PROFESSIONALS. MUCH OF THE REMODELING TOOK PLACE WHILE WE LIVED IN OUR HOME AND THEY TOOK METICULOUS CARE TO ASSURE OUR PRIVACY AND CONVENIENCE. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO KEEP US COMFORTABLE AND THEY CHEERFULLY DID MANY TASKS FOR US THAT WERE FAR OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THEIR CONTRACT. ONE OF THEIR GREATEST STRENGTHS IS THEIR DETERMINATION TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS. ANOTHER IS THAT THEY KEEP THEIR WORD. AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT, I HAVE HAD CONSIDERABLE EXPERIENCE IN DEALING WITH CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES AND I HAVE NEVER KNOWN A FIRM LIKE THIS ONE.
