Howards Custom Home Renovations

David Howard did an outstanding job.  He is very responsive and knowledgeable and has a can do attitude.  He was almost always here when work was being done by his subs and often did some of the work himself.  His subs were very capable and detail oriented.  They (and David) cleaned up after each day making the renovation process as painless as possible.  
Howard's was the 4th firm we contacted to propose on our project.  He provided an estimate within 2 weeks of his initial visit which was faster than the others.  We expanded the scope of our work during construction but the central pricing detailed in his initial estimate did not change.  There were no variations in the progress billings as outlined in our contract.
David was willing to allow our cabinet maker and counter top firm to supply and install the cabinets and counter tops outside his contract.  He worked closely with the cabinet maker making that portion of the job go smoothly.  Similarly, the appliance supplier did some of the installation work while David through his plumber sub did the disposal/purifier/refrigerator/dishwasher.  All of that coordination when smoothly too.
We are delighted with the end result of this renovation project and recommend  him highly.
