BE WARE. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. HE WALKED OFF WITH $1,200 DEPOSIT. 3 out of 5 apartments required work. The first apartment went pretty well, although work started more than a week later than agreed upon and took multiple weeks longer than expected. He wouldn't get to the site many days until after 10 and then leave around 4 or 5. He also took other jobs while contractually supposed to be working on our property. The 2nd apartment went much the same, although he asked for final payment prior to work being completed saying it would be complete withing 2 days...it took a week and 2 days to complete the work. The 3rd apartment he mis-quoted the price significantly too low ($1365 too low). It took several days but we agreed to split the cost of his mistake. That was the last time I ever heard from him. He quit returning my calls, emails and even certified mail. He is still holding $1,200 deposit for the work on the 3rd apartment that was never started. Suit is being filed in small claims court.
