I hired Mark Sprinkle from Handyman Services over a year ago to tear out and remodel my disabled son's master bath to help him with all his chronic pain. After the job was complete ($9,000) the tub leaked and the downstairs dining room ceiling fell through. I called Mark and he said he fixed the problem (he caulked tile) the first shower it leaked again and I had to repair the ceiling AGAIN! This has been going on and now he will not return my calls I have turned him over to BBB. I then hired Jimmy Hinson plumbing and what a difference! Jimmy not only found the problem (faucet spout) and lots of other issues. Jimmy came the very next day, he fixed the problem and to my delight my son now has the zen bath he loves. Jimmy is the most honest and caring man I have EVER had the pleasure to meet! I would hire him in an instant and recommend him till the cows come home! I have never had someone that went over and beyond the call of duty to help someone with such a horrible situation that Mark Sprinkle left me in. Jimmy not only fixed that problem but when he found out my sons toilet did not work he called several companies until he found the top person and got my son a replacement motor FREE!! There are not many people in this world who go beyond to help someone they just met but Jimmy certainly did! I have been so upset and did not know where to turn but Jimmy made everything right and I just cannot thank him enough for his kindness, I know that God sent me an Angel when I found Jimmy on Angies List! Rarely in life does one cross paths with a true craftsman...that occurred today. After several disappointing attempts by others to have my antique toilet reinstalled, Jimmy Hinson responded to my call the same day and arrived in his traveling workshop. I watched as Jimmy fashioned the needed coupling that was no longer commercially available and spent much time whispering and coaxing functionality back to this stately throne. Jimmy then charged a modest fee for the time required for this repair. I plan to use Jimmy for a larger upcoming project where his expertise will be very much valued.

Jimmy was punctual, quick and professional. Workmanship is excellent. Costs are very reasonable.

Mr. Hinson was fantastic from the time I initially made contact until the job was done.  First of all, I sent him a request on Saturday expecting him to get back to me on Monday.  To my surprise he not only responded on Saturday, but offered to come out and take care of my problem that same day.  He was punctual, extremely professional and did a very nice job with the actual work.  He took the time to explain everything he was going to before he did it.  I will be using Hinson Plumbing in the future and will gladly recommend them.

I had new countertops and sinks installed.  Jimmy from Hinson Plumbing came to connect the sinks.  Jimmy arrived on time and did a great job doing the work cleanly, properly, and promptly.

Excellent! This is the 3rd time I have used James for a plumbing job and i enjoy his professionalism as a plumber as well as his down home personality.

Mike is the son, he has made our yard look amazing. He maintains it and does the mosquito control for us. He also works with his dad, Jimmy. They have redone our bathroom, replaced our water heater and have done other contracting jobs for us. I can't say enough good things about them. They have amazing prices and don't try to sell you something that isn't needed.
