everything went great - very polite, fast, treated a lot of stains in my daughters's room. Didn't dry as fast as I was hoping, but still dried pretty fast!

Although GreenTech did not have any reviews yet on Angie's List, the firm did have a listing and was a member in good standing of the BBB, so I responded to an advertisement I received concerning a carpet-cleaning special.
I called on a Friday and set up an appointment for the following Wednesday, between 12 and 3. On Wednesday at about 12:30, I received a call that he was on his way. Telly arrived about 10 minutes or so later. I showed him the areas to be cleaned and got out of his way. He applied spot-remover and proceeded to clean the carpets requested. He also applied a deoderizing and a stain-protecting agent. He gave us a bottle of spot remover to use ourselves in the future.
All in all, GreenTech did a good job at a very good price. The representative was prompt and easy to deal with.
