Overall it went very well.

Scheduled the template for between 10 and 11am Friday, Jan. 26th and to pick out the granite at the warehouse on Sat. at 11am. They never showed up on Friday. I started calling at 11:30 and no one would answer. My wife reached them later and they made an excuse for not coming or calling. The person said they would see if they could do it on Sat. She never called back to let us know. I called the owner, Joe, in the evening to vent my displeasure and he gave me a different excuse but said he would come out Monday or Tuesday to do the template. He said to still come Sat. and pick out the stone. We arrived at the office at 11am. We waited for 15 minutes for the young woman to finish with another customer on the phone and then left for the warehouse. We drove to the other side of Charlotte to find out the warehouse was closed. I again called Joe on his cell phone but this time he did not return my call. As of the 30th, he had not bothered to provide a reason or excuse for my wasted time.

Joe and team were a pleasure to work with. They were very meticulous and thorough on our granite countertops and tile backsplash installation. Pricing was competitive. Felt like we rec'd more personal attention than we would have with a larger company.

Wonderful! The granite looks great! They were very punctual, clean and professional. Price was very competitive with other companies. Teresa-Joe's assistant is wonderful to work with. A big plus was that Joe came and measured himself before giving quote. Quality is outstanding!
