Goodman, Dr. Donald B.

He is a friendly and knowledgeable doctor. His staffs are average.

He's an excellent doctor. He takes care of whatever is going on and listens well. Since I've been with him so long, if I need to see him, he'll allow me to walk in and squeeze me in. It's a 35-40 minute drive, but we like him so much that we make the drive.

I was given an exam after being told that he didnt like Medicare patients. Spent time talking politics. When I got blood work results they said I had a problem with Cholesterol but since I hadnt fasted alll the results were useless. I was not told to fast as the appt was in the middle of the day.
 I was forced to make Dr Goodman my primary care Dr before he would see me. My insurance does not require this

We had a local physician, who we had tried to work with. We have no health insurance, and we pay for care as we use it. After a year of explaining that the meds he was using were more that our budget could afford, we were in a quandry. Family members recommended Dr. Goodman to us. We explained our situation to him. He took necessary lab tests, he went over medical histories, and made changes and recommendations that have been health-changing and refreshing. He has been very receptive to all our questions, and he's a pretty cool guy to boot. A good man to have as a primary healthcare provider.

He is thorough and has a pretty good bedside manner. He is more old-school. He makes me feel easy, and gives practical advice. He doesn't recommend things that I don't need. He has a good sense of humor.
