The type of hinges that we had were insufficient for the weight of the door. I called him because it was late and I couldn't close the garage door. Glenn was on a call across town and he lives about 25 miles from me. He told me that as soon as he finished the job he was working on he would come right over. He said since we had a security issue he didn't want to leave the issue unattended. He came out at about 10PM. He replaced 3 of the hinges because one of the other hinges had a crack in it and could break at any time. The third hinge was holding most of the weight and he felt that it needed replaced immediately as well. We haven't had any trouble since then. I would definitelyc all him if we ever had trouble in the future. He had a very reasonable price. I couldn't believe how helpful he was. He went way above and beyond to help us!
