It went well. When I called and emailed a picture and the size of my window, I thought the appointment was to do the work. Turned out, it was just to measure and get a deposit. Two days later, they came back to actually replace the glass. The installation of the new glass was very efficiently done.

I used Glass Doctor of Charlotte six years ago to replace two other window sections and two Palladian windows. They told me to watch other windows for the same issue and I did. It was time to call them again and once again, the process was smooth -- from initial quote to installation. Only one small glitch that was quickly resolved. I would use them again.

There was a discolored strip at the base of the mirror that they removed and replaced. The install was great, the price was great and they didn't damage the glass. We were very pleased.

Ironically the replacement pane of glass broke in the truck on the way over but since the break was more structurally sound than the currently installed broken pane of glass, the technician opted to install the new but broken pane of glass until the replacement came in. The replacement pane arrived a few days later and within the week we had the new pane installed.

These are the people to call. Went off WITHOUT ANY ISSUES AT ALL. No comparison to some of the other "discount glass providers" when it comes to quickness of call backs, quickness at coming out to give an estimate, professionalism and courtesy of employees, good lengthy reputation in area, and an ACTUAL BUSINESS LOCATION, not just some guy selling glass out of a van. There were cheaper prices, but I could never get the other companies I called to call me back quickly, and then what happens if you do actually have a warranty issue? Five year transferable warranty on product and labor, they are by FAR the most reasonable choice with ALL things considered. Anybody who goes cheaper just for the price is asking for trouble. Would definitely call them without hesitation for any future work I need.

All went well. The customer service representative was excellent. Only complaint I had was that the delivery staff did not contact us to let us know that they were running behind schedule. They were supposed to deliver the glass by 1:00pm, but did not arrive until after 2 pm. As a result, we were stuck at home until then. I had errands that I needed to tend to. Otherwise, good experience,

Perfect. The job was delayed a few days due to weather, but the technician was on time with a call ahead to advise when he would be there. He also did an extraordinary job advising me that SC has a zero deductible windshield replacement clause as part of their comprehensive insurance requirements so despite my initial intention to not file it with my insurance company, I was fully reimbursed within a few hours of the placing the claim. I ordered a glass top for a large desk. I got a call about 5 hours later and my glass top was finished! It is a perfect! Cory called me to tell me the project was complete and loaded my glass in my vehicle. He was very professional and helpful. I would definitely use Glass Doctors again!
