On cost, it is expensive.

I had a really bad mice problem but I am an animal lover. I didn't want to kill the mice but I was afraid of what damage they were doing to my house. They were more than understanding and helped me through everything. I signed up for their quarterly service so I believe in their work enough to continue to working with them. I rated them highly in all categories but their kindness and respect was above and beyond

Due to the severity of his condition, Dr. Montgerard wanted to keep him at the office while administering IV fluids and antibiotics. (Not an easy job with a Jack Russell.) The staff communicated with us regularly about his condition. This constant monitoring required 2 full days of attention by the Fullwood staff. Even after sending him home with oral medication, Dr. Montgerard followed up on his progress by phone. We feel fortunate to be provided such a high quality level of expertise and support.

They were very thorough and knowledgeable; I like that. What I did not like was that they seemed a little too expensive. I am not sure whether I will use them again in the future.

My dog loves the vet at Fullwood Animal Hospital. They discovered that he has a thyroid problem so they gave us pills. Now this is going to be a continuing thing with the thyroid pills. I am not sure whether I like the idea of the veterinarian being the dispenser of the pills. Comparing what they are charging with what I can get online they are a kind of high. If I want them to give me a prescription they are going to charge me $12. This is an unresolved issue. I am not sure what we are going to do. They pretty much convinced me that he needs the thyroid medicine to stay healthy. I would continue to use them in the future.

I have been taking my cats to Fullwood Animal Hospital for 4.5 years. Dr. Susan Booker and her entire staff are caring and very professional. I recently kept my daughter's two cats for four months while she was out of the country. Her Himalayan cat has had a history of constantly throwing up and eating non-food items (from electrical cords to pillows, blankets, and shoe laces) and he was losing weight. Dr. Booker diagnosed him as a PICA cat with irritable bowel syndrome and thru Depo and B12 injections and a new diet of hypoallergnic cat food, the cat is finally on his way to a normal life (as is his happier owner). Dr. Booker is responsive and always stays up on the latest in veterinary medicine.

CAT NOT WELL. MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND TOOK HER IN. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND COMPETENT. PROCEDURES WERE EXPLAINED AND DONE QUICKLY. DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT DISCUSSED AND BEGUN. MEDICATION AND PRESCRIBED DIET EXPLAINED WELL. I WAS TOLD WHAT TO EXPECT AND WHEN TO CALL. I FELT VERY GOOD ABOUT THIS OFFICE AND ITS DOCTOR AND STAFF.

They are very caring and take a personal interest in the pets. They are very thorough and very good. When my dog was seriously ill, I called the doctor and he came home every morning to see the overnight progress.

I TOOK MY DOG TO DR. BOOKER AT FULLWOOD ANIMAL CLINIC AND IT GOT BETTER AND HE IS DOING GREAT. SHE REALLY CARES ABOUT ANIMALS.
