It’s tough for me taking care of the outside of my home, I just can’t keep track of all the things I need to keep it looking good. Excellent service. Frank is our new "go to guy" for gutter cleaning and services. The final charge was $25 less than the quote (who does that these days?!) and there was no sign of any debris on the ground after they left. Clean gutters, clean yard, happy customer! ( also, he's a super nice guy - which always helps :) )

Frank Brown (Matthews, NC) 704-771-2938 did pressure washing on the exterior of my home. Received a letter from the HOA stating the one side of the house (live on the corner so when you pull in you automatically see the side of my home). HOA of course gives only a few days to get this completed. I contacted Frank Brown on Friday (3/09/18) and needed it done either Saturday (3/10) or Sunday (3/11) to avoid being fined from the HOA. Frank called me back within 3 minutes of calling him. I explained the situation and he advised he could be at my home on Saturday (3/10) between 12:00pm - 1:00pm (depending on when he finished his morning job. Frank arrived at 12:30pm on 3/10. He was EXTREMELY pleasant and business like. He completed the job and the house looks AMAZING! He saved me from getting fined by getting to my house the next day and did a fabulous job. I would & will use him again. I will definitely recommend him to any other homeowners who has received a letter from our ridiculous HOA or just anyone in general looking for the same superb service.
